2008 Historical Moment

This was sent to me by my cousin Michael. This my Aunt Mary and her daughter Peggy in Washington, DC. My cousin Peggy tells the story how her mother took her into the voting booth as a little girl and she watched her Mother cast her vote for John Kennedy. Today, Peggy took her Mom to vote for Obama.

As the 6th grand child of "share croppers" from North Carolina, I am extremely proud to share with you my mother at age 87 casting her vote for the first African American Presidential Candidate.  God bless us all and God Bless the United States of America.
