The Fellowship Baptist Church of Silver Spring, 12221 Veirs Mill Rd., is scheduled to host a back-to-school edition of their regular LifeArts Dayshop program on Aug. 13 from 2 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. The workshop is a co-ed event for ages 8-14, and will feature Christian-based activities, workshops and fun. Lunch and snacks will be provided throughout the day and an exciting after party will follow the final workshop. Youth attendees are encouraged to bring workout attire for a fitness class session and wear their favorite ‘90s-inspired attire for a best dressed contest. Registration closes on August 11.
