ANNAPOLIS, MD (June 3, 2010) – Governor Martin O’Malley will deliver remarks tomorrow before the Prince George’s County Chamber of Commerce where he will discuss efforts to create jobs, fuel innovation, and drive economic progress, as well as state resources for Prince George’s County small businesses to expand and create jobs.
Later, Governor O’Malley will stop by the 14th Community Empowerment Conference hosted by the Collective Banking Group. The Collective Banking group is a group of faith organizations, individuals, and financial institutions that empowers underserved communities. Since 1993, more than $300 million in loans have been generated by the CBG, including transactions by member churches, parishioners, community development corporations and businesses.
