U.S. Senator Benjamin L. Cardin (D-MD), a member of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, TODAY, Friday, June 25 will join Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar, Governor O’Malley, USDA Under Secretary for Natural Resources and the Environment Harris Sherman, and EPA Deputy Administrator Bob Perciasepe for public listening and discussion session in the Chesapeake Bay Region as part of the America’s Great Outdoors Initiative. They will hold media availability just prior to the event at 12:30pm. The Chesapeake Region public listening and discussion session is scheduled from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
