ANNAPOLIS, Md. (December 13, 2010) – Tomorrow morning, Lt. Governor Anthony G. Brown will join law enforcement leaders, transportation officials, local leaders and family members to dedicate a portion of Baltimore Avenue (Route 1) in Prince George’s County Police Office Corporal Thomas P. Jensen’s memory. Cpl. Jensen was killed after sustaining injuries from an automobile accident. Jensen was responding to a burglary call when his patrol car slid on ice and struck a utility pole at the intersection of Baltimore Avenue and University Boulevard in College Park.
The dedication ceremony will take place in College Park Council Chambers.
