-Alcohol, Tobacco and Motor Fuel Violations Reflect Increase-

WHAT: Comptroller Franchot will join members of his Field Enforcement Division in announcing the Fiscal Year 2011 numbers for alcohol, tobacco and motor fuel violations, including the retail value and tax loss to the state. Additionally, he will provide the number of citations his office has made this year, as well as discuss the more than $1.8 million in Sales and Use tax that this division has collected as a result of their enforcement efforts.
