CARDIN TO VISIT LOWER EASTERN SHORE TO MEET WITH FAITH-BASED COMMUNITY AND PARTICIPATE IN A FORUM ON SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE



Senator Cardin Also Will Focus on Jobs and the Economy

On Thursday, August 18, U.S. Senator Ben Cardin (D-MD) will visit Salisbury to meet with leaders of the Eastern Shore’s faith-based community and to participate in a forum on Social Security and Medicare. Senator Cardin will provide an update on the Congress and discuss the recently enacted budget agreement. The Senator will then travel to Ocean City for the annual meeting of the Maryland Association of Counties (MACo).
