ANNAPOLIS, MD (November 8, 2011) – TOMORROW, Governor Martin O’Malley will join children at The Ark Preschool in Baltimore and officials from CareFirst to officially launch a new campaign to encourage Marylanders to give back and volunteer during the Holiday Season.
