LT. GOVERNOR BROWN TO PARTICIPATE IN CITY OF FROSTBURG’S BICENTENNIAL GRAND FEATURE PARADE
FROSTBURG, Md. (September 14, 2012) – TOMORROW, Lt. Governor Anthony G. Brown will participate in the City of Frostburg’s Bicentennial Grand Feature Parade. During the parade, the Lt. Governor will be in a 1942 Willys Jeep, leading the Military and Veterans Division. Prior to the parade, the Lt. Governor will stop by a pancake breakfast for Veterans at the American Legion Farrady Post 24, Frostburg. The Grand Feature Parade is part of the City’s weekend-long bicentennial celebration that starts Thursday evening and goes through Sunday afternoon, honoring the spirit and history of the small town in Maryland’s Appalachian highlands founded in 1812.
