WHAT:      Comptroller Franchot will visit small businesses in Glyndon to encourage Marylanders to ‘Shop Maryland for the Holidays’. The Comptroller is a big proponent of staying in state and off the Internet for holiday shopping.

Shopping locally puts citizens’ hard earned money back into their communities and also supports local businesses and the more than 500,000 hard-working Maryland retail employees. Glyndon is part of the larger Reisterstown-Glyndon-Owings Mills community
