On Sunday, December 9, U.S. Senator Ben Cardin (D-MD) will speak to members of the 100 Black Men of MD, Inc. about ways we can help young African-American men succeed. Senator Cardin has called for the end of racial profiling, saying it is destructive to African-American communities. He has introduced the End Racial Profiling Act to end the practice. At the Holiday Brunch, the Senator will discuss the work being done to support young African-American men in our community. He also will congratulate the 100 Black Men of MD for their leadership and commitment to helping young African-American men succeed.
Since 1963, the 100 Black Men of America Inc. has been a strong voice for minority youth development and youth empowerment across the country.
