LT. GOVERNOR BROWN TO HOLD PRESS CONFERENCE ON GUN SAFETY

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (March 20, 2013) – TOMORROW, Lt. Governor Anthony G. Brown will join State’s Attorneys and other law enforcement officials from around the state for a press conference urging passage of the Administration’s comprehensive gun safety legislation.

Lt. Governor Brown has taken a leading role in advocating for passage of the Firearm Safety Act during this year’s Legislative Session. He testified in favor of the bill alongside Governor O’Malley and held several public town halls where he and Cabinet leaders engaged with hundreds of Maryland residents about the Administration’s proposal.
