WHAT: Comptroller Franchot will reveal this year’s list of the state’s top 50 tax scofflaws owing nearly $15 million in back taxes to the state.
The Caught in the Web program lists the names of the state’s biggest tax scofflaws- 25 individuals and 25 businesses- on the agency's website, www.marylandtaxes.com as a way to get the delinquents to pay up.
