Hello everyone, how are you? There is much to do this week. I have a lot of places to go and I will share with you. First, let me tell you, girlfriend! I was invited to tour the new casino that is opening in Arundel Mills Mall in Anne Arundel County named, Maryland Live! Casino, last week before the grand opening and I must tell you, I was truly impressed. Because I am a gambler and love the entertainment world, I have been in almost every Casino in every city and every state cross country except for Alaska and Washington State, I have enough experience to compare the Maryland Live! Casino, (it’s what they named it) with some of the best and the worst casinos. I have to say, the Maryland Live! Casino in Arundel Mills Circle is at the top of my list.
We were escorted by the Maryland Live! Casino executive management team to view the gaming floor, special entertainment features, dining destinations, and thousands of state-of-the-art slot machines and electronic table games. The casino is being developed by The Cordish Companies. Joe Weinberg is Managing Partner of the Cordish Companies and Rob Norton, President and GM, of Maryland Live! Casino.
The new $500 million Maryland Live! Casino will be one of the largest gaming, retail and entertainment destinations in the country with 4,750 slot machines and electronic table games; designer name brand shopping; Rams Head Center State, a state-of-the-art, live entertainment venue; and nationally-acclaimed restaurants, such as Bobby’s Burger Palace, The Cheesecake Factory, Phillips Seafood, and The Prime Rib. Maryland Live! Casino is scheduled to open on June 6, 2012 at 10 p.m. I will see you there!
