Christian Johansson, Maryland’s Secretary of Business and Economic Development, and Lacey Morley were married by Judge Katie O'Malley, a Baltimore City District Court judge and the wife of Gov. Martin O'Malley, at an Oct. 6 black-tie ceremony at Harrington on the Bay, a marina on the western shore of the Chesapeake Bay in Rose Haven, Md..

The new Mrs. Johansson is a member of the leasing team at St. John Properties. The groom’s parents, Fannie Gaston Johansson, professor at Johns Hopkins School of Nursing and Sonny Johansson, a pathology professor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center were there along with the bride’s parents, Paul and Barbara Morley, Morley & Morley accountants in Fork, Md.

In addition to Judge Katie O'Malley and Gov. Martin O’Malley and state Secretary of Appointments Jeanne B. Hitchcock the audience included family members, local and friends from as far away as Sweden.
