- Dean Phoebe A. Haddon, JD, LLM, announced to faculty at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law June 7 that she has informed University of Maryland, Baltimore President Jay A. Perman, MD, that she will not seek a renewal of her current contract. She plans to step down as dean at the end of the 2013 - 2014 academic year.
