Baltimore’s premier black tie gala/dance competition will return by popular demand! The Alzheimer’s Association will hold its “Dancing Stars”-themed Memory Ball 2014 Gala, 7 p.m. to midnight, April 12, at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel, 700 Aliceanna St.

With ABC2 News Anchor Jamie Costello returning as emcee, the evening will feature a cocktail reception, full-course gourmet dinner, dancing to live music by Highway Star and a showcase of local ballroom and Latin talent.

The event’s highlight, the “Dancing Stars” competition, will take place among individuals and couples chosen for their leadership in the community and their support of the Alzheimer’s Association. Many of them also have personal connections to Alzheimer’s disease.
