In honor of National Domestic Violence Month, the YWCA National Capital Area recently launched its first domestic violence campaign.

The “I Speak Up Because…” campaign allows people in the D.C. area from all ages, backgrounds and genders to voice why they choose to speak up against domestic violence. The responses are posted on the YWCA’s Facebook and Twitter pages.
