Former Baltimore County School Superintendent, S. Dallas Dance will serve six months in jail, for failing to disclose almost $147,000 he earned in part-time consulting jobs when he was superintendent. He was sentenced to five years, with all but six months suspended, with two years probation. Dance, who was looked upon by many as a role model, specifically for young Black males, is scheduled to turn himself in April 27.
