Reuven Hodge had planned to attend the March for Justice and Jobs in August before an earthquake and Hurricane Irene made other plans for the East Coast. Hodge, a Marylander "by way of the Virgin Islands," said he was motivated to come to the rally because, "It's very powerful, especially for minority groups." The outcome that Hodge hopes comes from the rally is that "big business will change their attitudes."
