The teenage daughters of Def Jam co-founder and fashion designer Russell Simmons and his ex-wife, former model and designer Kimora Lee Simmons, recently followed in their parents’ footsteps by making their modeling debut.
Ming, 16, and Aoki, 13, Simmons struck a pose for the Resort 2017 collection of their mother’s label, KLS. Simmons said the collection was inspired by her daughters’ essence and youth.

“All-American exotic—just like me,” Kimora Lee Simmons reportedly said during a preview of the collection.
The collection includes evolved, tastefully body-hugged dresses and sensual tailoring that remains consistent with the label’s ongoing theme, according to a “lookbook” issued for the line. It also includes a variety of loose silhouettes, blue and white striped men’s shirting, and festive decorations including tribal and exotic insect embroideries.
